On : 11.0.2.33 version, General
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Occasionally during Production Cycle, the count of executing Policies no longer changes nor does the count of completed Activities.
The Cycle appears to be hung. Usually the Cycle Client can be aborted but not always.
If the Cycle Client cannot be aborted, the CycleWeb JVM's need to be restarted.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Policy Cycle should process all Activities.
