Selective Acceptance of Initial Case Does Not Exclude Unchecked LINKEDREPORT (Doc ID 2828042.1)

Goal

E2B Import file to be imported has many linkedreport tags

Use the Selective Acceptance option to accept the case
Uncheck all the checked linked report rows
Accept the case as Initial
Open the case Additional Information tab
All the E2B Linked Reports are listed.

The Initial Selective Acceptance Report from the Additional Information tab also shows that all the LINKEDREPORT checkboxes are unchecked.

Steps to Repeat:

Drop E2b XML file into the IN folder
From the Pending screen use the Selective Acceptance option

Uncheck all the checked LINKEDREPORT rows

Accept Initial

Open the case
Additional Information tab
All the E2B Linked Reports are listed.
