Enhance coreResponseUtilLib func: setVariableFromResponseListWithFilter(s) to use variables

coreResponseUtilLib func: setVariableFromResponseListWithFilter(s) currently can use filters in selecting proper list item
by checking different XML from the response and comparing them to literal values. However, we also would need to be able to compare them to variables previously set in this or other components.
