Goal

In LSH/DMW 3.1, resource capping was introduced for batch job and UI traffic.  This is done to ensure that enough resources are available for the UI activity especially when jobs demand a high CPU time.

The purpose of this document is to provide information and instructions on how to modify the maximum resource capping for LSH customers only.
