Sales Wastage Nullified After ItemHdrMod Message Processed in SIM (Doc ID 2828372.1)

Symptoms

ItemHdrMod message processing in Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM) removes values and updates ITEM.WASTAGE_TYPE/WASTAGE_PERCENT to NULL.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create an item in RMS with the following attributes.

   WASTE_TYPE = 'SL'
   WASTE_PERCENT = 18

2. ItemCre message processed in SIM.

     ITEM.WASTE_TYPE and WASTE_PERCENT columns updated

3. Modify the value in RMS.
4. ItemHdrMod message processed in SIM.

SIM removes the values in the columns and sets value to null.
