Symptoms
There are multiple "Event Details" section on the case summary page.
Clicking on a case on the case list page will display the case summary page where we can see the event details tabs. There should only be a single "Event Details" section in this tab.
There are no errors, however, the stated issue impacts the presentation of the ECM module.
Steps to Reproduce Problem
--------------------------
1. Login to ECM.
2. Navigate to case search.
3. Search for a TBAML case.
4. Click on that case and get into case details.
5. Navigate to Event Details tab
