ICSR Check Gives Error 'XML ServiceRequest failed' (Doc ID 2828437.1)

Symptoms

User clicked on ICSR Check button of a case and encountered following error. This issue was appearing for all cases.

Error: XML ServiceRequest failed

 

Following detailed error was captured in Utilities -> Logs -> View Error Log screen -

P_ERROR_TEXT set to Oracle error 1 occurred.
ORA-06550: line 1, column 15:
PLS-00302: component 'P_FETCH_E2B_CHECK_DATA' must be declared
ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored
SQL: BEGIN esm_utl.p_fetch_e2b_check_data(:P_CASE_ID, :P_USER_ID, :P_ESM_SEQ_NUM, :P_DISPLAY_LANG, :PO_PROFILE_DATA, :PO_CHECK_DATA); END;
