WIPEdit 12.6 Crashes When Triggering The AddForm() DAL Function

Symptoms
After updating to the 12.6 WIPEdit plugin from 12.4 any time that a field uses the ADDFORM() function, the browser window will freeze briefly before crashing and refreshing the page. After reinstalling 12.4 plugin and repeating the same steps it will add the form to the WIPEdit form list and work properly. This occurs when using Internet Explorer as well as using Edge in IE mode. This creates an Application Error Event 1000. Faulting Application Name: IEXPLORE.EXE, and Faulting Module Name: MSVCR120.dll. We have also verified that if we remove the ADDFORM() function from the DAL scripts being called the crash does not occur.
