How to change Threshold or Cut off score for generating alerts in TF (Doc ID 2828533.1)

Goal

How to change the threshold score set by default which is 60 for creating an alert in the TF system.

Current Behavior :  By default OOB the Cutt-off score OOB is 60 and alerts would be created in the TF application when the Assessment score >= 60.

Expected Behavior :  User needs to change the cutt off score to 40 to generate alerts in the in the TF application when the Assessment score >= 40.
