Missing Suspense Payment Filter "Apply" Button

Information in this document applies to any platform.
On all versions of Oracle Communications Billing Care (BC), the "Update" button may be missing when attempting to apply a selection of filters when making a Suspense Payment.
All the filter options are available to be selected but the Update button is completely missing. It is not hidden or grayed out in any way.
