OCOMC Statistics Reports - Aggregated column is always shows 0 (zero) and SuspectFlag which is always FALSE in the reports (Doc ID 2829001.1)

Customer have enabled statistics and using this reports for monitoring of the applications.
While reading the reports generated could see that Aggregated column is not updated when an Aggregation Processor (AP) is aggregating and generating output. Also there is a tab called SuspectFlag which is always FALSE in the reports.  What is the meaning of this flag and also why Aggregated column is not updated?
