Aggregated Column Always Shows 0 And SuspectFlag Always FALSE (Doc ID 2829001.1)

Goal

User has enabled statistics and using the report for monitoring the applications. However the 'Aggregated' column is not updated when Aggregation Processor (AP) is aggregating and generating output, and also the tab 'SuspectFlag' is always showing FALSE in the report, see below example:


What is the meaning of the 'SuspectFlag' and why 'Aggregated' column is not updated?
