Agile PLM 220.127.116.11 cluster setup:
machine 1 : Admin Server + Managed Server Node1
machine 2 : File Manager + AutoVue + Managed Server Node2
machine 3: Managed Server Node3
AutoVue 18.104.22.168 for Agile PLM is installed in the File Manager machine 2. The "AutoVue client libraries" component and the "AutoVue Server" component were both installed. AutoVue Applet fails to launch from Agile PLM Web Client. The user instantly gets the error message:
"The AutoVue client did not start successfully. Please ensure that the server is running and the generated JNLP is launched. You can contact the system administrator for extending the delay required before assuming AutoVue startup failure. "
In fact the AutoVue jnlp file is not launched and not shown in Windows notification bar.
There is no Java console log, since Java was not launched either but the Chrome F12 browser log shows this error :

Steps to reproduce
- Login to Agile Web Client
- Select a file from the attachment tab of a part
- Click on the View tab then the option view from the drop down list
- The above message instantly appears on the Web Client page
