Goal

1) Where the URL for filling the questionnaire response is configured?

Purpose: Few users are unable to access the questionnaire URL for filling the responses. Hence to grant permission for that URL to the users, we need to get the exact information regarding the URL being fired for filling the response. Then only the network team can grant permission for accessing the URL for those users

2) Do we have an option for auto populating the subject and mail body with some custom texts in Send RFI ?
