While trying to pull  circuit data from MSS using the  getEntityByKeyRequest  below  error is coming

Exception Description: The object [?], of class [class java.lang.String], from mapping [org.eclipse.persistence.oxm.mappings.XMLDirectMapping[issue-->ns3:issue/text()]] with descriptor [XMLDescriptor(oracle.communications.mss.inventory.DLRPrimaryKey --> [])], could not be converted to [class java.lang.Long].
Internal Exception: java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "?"
