Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
=============
On Oracle Healthcare Data Repository (HDR) version 8.0 or later
When attempting to upgrade from HTB 6.1 to HDR 8.1 by running the migration script, the script seeded existing code system (coding scheme CS-X269: EntityNameUseR2, along with it's version, concepts, and descriptions) and in the process creating duplicates.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
===============
Expected HDR migration script to bypass existing code system instead of creating duplicates.
STEPS
=====
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Run HDR Migration scripts from $HDR_HOME<HDR_Folder>/ets/db/HDR6.x_to_HDR8.0/migrate_scripts/seeddata/:
- ohf_hct_et_coding_schemes.ctl
- ohf_hct_et_concepts.ctl
- ohf_hct_et_descriptions.ctl
- ohf_hct_et_versions.ctl
2. Noticed duplicates coding schemes
