Symptoms

On : 2.9.0.1.0 version, ENV - Environment

C1-PRTL-TNDR | Time Out while searching Tender Details

Searching on Tender type alone does the search on all data for a particular Tender type. However, when data for the last four or five years is searched, Weblogic issues a warning. There are DB CPU spikes and the query times out.
