The Feed Management Dashboard Page in ORMB 3.0.0.0.0 Not Able To Broadcast Searched File (Doc ID 2829599.1)

Goal

After upgrading to ORMB v3.0.0.0, on the Feed Management Dashboard page we are not able to broadcast searched file.
We expect Broadcast of division level information should work.

Further investigation shows below base entries missing in this release:

CI_PORTAL_ZONE WHERE portal_cd='C1_FEED' and zone_cd in ('C1_FEEDL1','C1_FEEDL2_N2');

STEPS:
1. Go to Menu -> Transaction and Audit Event Management -> Feed management dashboard.
2. Select feed level details in search by.
3. Give file name and click on search.
4. Click on broadcast on searched results.
5. Division level information screen should display.
