After completing an outage and doing outage correction on it, the Device column in Event Details' Partial Restoration Log does not match any device from the Outage Correction sheet.
The Device column in Event Details' Partial Restoration Log should match up to the Outage Correction sheet.
There might be an error in the DDService log -
DDSeventMgr::getNextEvent: could not allocate an event index for class ###, next_event_idx=###
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Add an entry to the DDS_ALARM_LOG table with an ALARM_CLS and ALARM_IDX of 0.
- Open a switch upstream of a transformer.
- Close the switch.
- Complete the event.
- Create an Outage Correction sheet for the event
- Record these steps:
a. Open the switch
b. Open a downstream transformer
c. Close the switch.
d. Close the transformer. - Save the sheet and push the changes to the event
- Open the Event in Event Details
- Check the Partial Restoration Log.
It will show the device from the DDS_ALARM_LOG entry added in step 1
