Getting Error While Creating Ear/war File (Doc ID 2829950.1)

Symptoms

When executing ant.sh it is not creating the war file

Steps:

1) After installation, navigate to Fic_home/ficweb
2) Trigger ant.sh

error in console: build.xml:13: Problem creating war: archive contains more than 65535 entries.

Expected result:
.war and .ear files will be created.
