RatedEventFormatter Is Not Generating CDR On Production Server (Doc ID 2830256.1)

Symptoms


It is observed that RatedEventFormatter is not generating any CDRs and hung (not processing any rated events). Below Errors were reported on ratedEventFormatter.log during this:

STEPS:
----------------------------------
1. On ECE 12.0.0.3.0, with two RatedEventFormatter configured, send charging requests so that ECS produce rated events.
2. Check whether while processing an invalid rated event, the REF process is getting hung and throws the above Error and does not generate any CDRs.
