Order Backlog Workbench Form Error - FRM-40831: Truncation Occurred Value Too Long For Field CUSTOME (Doc ID 2830335.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, Oracle Global ATP Server

While trying to schedule orders through the Order Backlog Workbench form the following errors occur:

ERROR
-----------------------
First Error
----------
FRM-40401: No changes to save
Click OK

Second Error
----------
FRM-40831: Truncation occurred; value too long for field CUSTOMER_LOCATION

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Navigation:  Order Management
2.  Navigation:  Schedule > Order Backlog Workbench
3.  Enter the following Filter Criteria
- Ship From Org = <enter org>
- Schedule Ship Days From Today 10
- Sequencing Rule = <enter sequencing rule>
- Overwrite Source = No
- Exclude Picked Lines = Yes
- Select Manual Sequence button
