Error: "Server Error in '/' Application" Is Displayed When Attempting To Open and View Shell Templates (Doc ID 2830403.1)

When attempting to view any of the Shell Templatesm the following errors are displayed:

["Server Error in '/' Application

Runtime Error
Description: An application error has occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being reviewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browser run....
Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors...]

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier Environment.
  2. Navigate to Company Workspace > Admin Mode > Templates > Shells > Click on any of the Shell templates.
  3. Instead of the Shell template being displayed in the right pane, the error above is displayed.
