While trying to do a "save as" of Part, following error occurred

Cannot perform this operation because object class: 2000004409 subclass:0 id:6076396 version:-109 has been deleted.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using the problem part click on "Save as" action.
2. Results in the exception show above.
