Account Payment Code Column Not Defined As Part Of API_ACH_LOAN_EXT External Table but present as part of Seed Data (Doc ID 2830459.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Field AAC_PMT_MODE_CD is not defined as part of API_ACH_LOAN_EXT external table in ~/infrastructure/tables/crt_tb_ext_table.sql. However this field is defined as part of the table API_ACH_LOAN_EXT columns as part of seed data in input_file_record_details.dat. This leads to error while attempting conversion of accounts from the ACH file.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
AAC_PMT_MODE_CD column should be present in the API_ACH_LOAN_EXT loan external table in similar to API_ACH_LINE_EXT table for line.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Loan account
2. Add ACH details in the account
3. Migrate the account
4. Check that account is migrated successfully with ACH details.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have successful API processing for loan account while attempting conversion of accounts from the ACH file data (api_ach_111.dat)
