Customer Phone Number Is Missing In The PDF Printed (Doc ID 2830695.1)

Symptoms

When we print the Customer details using the print PDF option in ECM , the Customer phone number is not getting captured in the downloaded PDF. Remaining all other Customer information are coming in the PDF. we are in 8.0.8.0.15.

Steps to Reproduce Problem
--------------------------
Login to ECM
Select a case which has full customer information including phone number
Print the Customer details using the Print option
All other customer information except Phone number will be captured in PDF
