Customer Phone Number Is Missing In The PDF Printed (Doc ID 2830695.1)

When we print the Customer details using the print PDF option in ECM , the Customer phone number is not getting captured in the downloaded PDF. Remaining all other Customer information are coming in the PDF. we are in

Steps to Reproduce Problem
Login to ECM
Select a case which has full customer information including phone number
Print the Customer details using the Print option
All other customer information except Phone number will be captured in PDF
