When Selecting All Fields For Import For A Selected Case Some Information Is Not Importing (Doc ID 2830743.1)

Symptoms

When selecting all fields for import of Follow Ups to an existing case some information is not imported.
Users intends for all information to be imported but instead some critical fields fail to be importing. 
This results in cases being routed to triage after book in.

What could cause causality and event outcomes to not be imported?

Multiple values in List Maintenance for table [LM_REPORTER_TYPE] , DTD Element: QUALIFICATION, E2B_CODE: 1

Multiple values in List Maintenance for table [LM_REPORTER_TYPE] , DTD Element: QUALIFICATION, E2B_CODE: 3

Multiple values in List Maintenance for table [LM_REPORTER_TYPE] , DTD Element: QUALIFICATION, E2B_CODE: 6

Value for CAUSALITY_ID not found in table LM_CAUSALITY.CAUSALITY for DTD element DRUGRESULT value Not assessed. Module : F_GET_LM_ID_FROM_E2B_CODE



Value for SOURCE_ID not found in table LM_CAUSALITY_SOURCE for DTD element DRUGASSESSMENTSOURCE value - Company

The selected report type has clinical trial check box checked but the study is not configured for PSP - 'XXXXXXXXX'
