Symptoms

When Trying To Start Apache Tomcat 8.5 File Manager Service

ERROR
Windows could not start the Apache Tomcat 8.5 AgileFM service on Local Computer.
Error5: Access denied.

RECENT CHANGES:

Upgraded Java 1.8 from old build to latest build (Followed NOTE:2674902.1 - Steps Required to Upgrade JDK used in Agile Application Server and File Manager Server)


WHAT IS WORKING:
Agile Application server is started without any issue.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Agile PLM Server Machine.
2. Open Services Folder
3. Try to Start Agile File Manager Apache Tomcat 8.5 Service
