Client able to upload file/doc in ECM Evidence tab, but unable to download the file.

Please note that the log contains duplicate path of the download directory.
For example, if the path is /app/fccm/FTPSHARE, the log shows app/fccm//app/fccm/FTPSHARE
Can we please know from where application checks its path for download?
