Symptoms
In “Grant_beat[Per Unit] is accepting only whole number where as customer have a value 0.01 to configure while creating a discount offer.”
Attached the screen shot. In the older BRM system user have configured the same value 0.01
NOTE:
In Pricing Center it allows create with 0.01 [decimal values].
