Symptoms

When attempting to apply the patches for Unifier 20.12 for production the following error occurs.

ERROR

Failed to retrieve application information from the WebLogic Server. Patch source is not Unifier 20.12.xx


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Try to apply the patches for Unifier 20.12 for production
  2.  At the Patch, Progress step the above error was received
