InForm Load Is Not Bringing In New Data And Later On Fails With "Invalid User Error" (Doc ID 2831207.1)

Symptoms

Initially InForm data loads are successful, but data entered in InForm is not being transferred to DMW.

A while later, the InForm load is failing with "Invalid user error".
Error:ORA-20200: *** ERROR: InForm_Data_Submit:InForm_Data_SubmitError comparing metadata: E:1:Invalid InForm remote location (remote location ID) or study account ('InForm trial database'). Error message (possibly from remote server): ORA-01435: user does not exist
