Goal
On : 6.0.0.3.0 version, CCB
OUTA - CCB 2.8 - wSVALIDATELIB function ResponseNotContains does not work
OUTA function which is supposed to validate a response from CCB WebService for the absence of a specific value/element is not working.
This is required to properly validate responses for negative test cases.
