Symptoms


Stockcountupload.ksh is not creating rejected file


Steps to reproduce : 

1) Generate a stock count upload input file with an invalid item.
2) Run batch_stockcountupload.ksh passing in the following parameters:

./batch_stockcountupload.ksh $UP STK__.rej


3) Check the error logs. Verify that the batch failed but reject file is not created.
