Advanced Fomular Of "weeknum(date)" Returns Week Falls Numerically With a Month Instead of Year (Doc ID 2831490.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

According to the instruction in '?' help in unifier: weeknum(date) : Gets the number from a given date representing where the week falls numerically with a year. But when we check it in Sample Calculations, it returns week falls numerically with a month (not year).
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Find one generic BP. For e.g, generic Action Items BP.
  2. Any upper form.
  3. Properties.
  4. Select any string field , for e.g, Title.
  5. Advanced Formula.
  6. Date Functions: weeknum(date), and select any Date Data Element.
  7. Error Check.
  8. Check Sample Calculations, could see that it does not return week falls numerically with a year but return week falls numerically with month.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The issue can be replicated in generic Unifier environment.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Weeknum(date) should return week falls numerically with a year.
