Goal

Can you please provide us with ".CSV file template" to upload the test data while executing the flow?

We are able to execute the flow by proving the test data manually using Edit test Data-> Enter the values -> Save data.
But we want to upload the test data using "Upload Data" option(CSV file). Please share us the template of 'CSV file' to upload and execute the flow.
