On version 12.1.3 and above , Memory Based Planner

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) is not considering the intransit Lead Time between the supplier and org. Suggested Ship date is same as the dock date.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) to consider the supplier intransit Lead Time. Suggested Ship Date should be offset with the transit Lead Time.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Run ASCP plan.

Nav: Advanced Supply Chain Planner (R) -> Supply Chain Plans -> Launch

2. See that the ship date is calculated wrong. In-transit Lead Time is not considered.
