Batch COMPEFFUPD fails with below error:

Error:

ERROR@1ORA-01407: cannot update ("EXP_PROF_DETAIL"."COMP_CURRENCY") to NULL@2COST_COMP_UPD_SQL.UPDATE_RATES_EFFECTIVE_DATE

Steps To Recreate:
1. From RMS ,navigate to "Country Expense Profiles" and choose an existing profile that already has a rate update record. For example "US" .
2. Add rate update: complete mandatory field and do not complete "Component currency" (this is the field that can be left blank thus causing the BATCH_COMPEFFUPD_JOB error).
3. Click on save.
4. The record will be saved in COST_COMP_UPD_STG table and NEW_COMP_CURRENCY will be NULL and later cause BATCH_COMPEFFUPD_JOB error.
