Goal

On : 12.0.0.4.0 version, CN environment:

During a test User changed the pin_virtual_time and created an account but the account is created with the system date.
User changed the pvt by cm:

kubectrl exec -it <cm_pod> -c cm -- bash
cd /oms/sys/data/config
pin_virtual_time -m2 MMDDHHmmYYYY

Then they tried to restart the dm pod and repeated the test and now the creation date of account is correct.

How can user change the date of the pin_virtual_time without restarting the dm pod ?
