Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (NCC), 12.0.4.0.0 version,

The diameterBeClient process of the Diameter Charging Driver (DCD) Interface is crashing with the below Error after SLEE start. It appears that diameter peer name can not be resolved. This is observed after upgrading NCC to 12.0.4 from 5.0.2 Version:

The process is getting crashed whenever it is not able to resolve the peer hostname from configuration.
