Unable to save connector definition when using NVL function in derived column expression.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Create a connector and define an expression with NVL function and save it.

On click of save the page keeps loading and never saves the connector

The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, users cannot save the connector where they have used the NVL function.
