Pin_deposit Is Creating Checkpoint Even Though Already Checkpoint Is There (Doc ID 2832122.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.0.0.4.0 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------------
In Patch Set (PS) 3, one could see the below two fields are present in the input flist of pym_collect, same is not present in PS4 pin_deposit's pymt_collect input flist.
1 PIN_FLD_RESULT ENUM [0] 999
1 PIN_FLD_DESCR STR [0] "Checkpoint Outstanding"

In Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 12 PS 4 system, one of customer's existing unit is not working because the pin_deposit is creating the additional checkpoint event when pin_deposit is run on next day.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create an account with a payment auth event<Having credit card >
2. Stop the respective payment DM <stop dm_fusa>
3. Run the pin_deposit which creates the checkpoint event.
pin_deposit -pay_type 10003 -vendor fusa -verbose
4. Move the PVT to next day and run pin_deposit again, it picks the actual auth payment transaction and calls pymt_collect opcode and creates the additional checkpoint.
pin_deposit -pay_type 10003 -vendor fusa -verbose

 

OBSERVATION
------------------------

In PS3, the below two fields were present in the input flist of pym_collect, the same is not present in pin_deposit's pymt_collect input flist of PS4.
1 PIN_FLD_RESULT ENUM [0] 999
1 PIN_FLD_DESCR STR [0] "Checkpoint Outstanding"

User is able to see its working as expected if pin_deposit binary is replaced with PS3.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

In PS4 also, the below two fields should be present in the pin_deposit's pymt_collect input flist of pym_collect.
1 PIN_FLD_RESULT ENUM [0] 999
1 PIN_FLD_DESCR STR [0] "Checkpoint Outstanding"
