Importing Excel XLSX Fails When Updating Milestone Relationships (Doc ID 2832454.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to import an XLS file to update relationships to milestones,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Process did not complete successfully. See log for details.
ERROR: Invalid value for Predecessor activity Successor: XXXX Predecessor: XXXX

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create a simple string of activities with logic and link activities to create relationships.
  2. Export relationships to Excel
  3. Delete the relationships in the client.
  4. Re-import the exported relationships
