MultiField Action/Event Is Not Working The Same As V10 (Doc ID 2832569.1)

On : 11.3.0.11 version, General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

MultiField Action/event is not working the same in v10 and v11

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
 Onload event should work properly. On changing the number of Fund, all the fund field should show the same list of values and the MultiValueFieldIndex value in multifield should be correct.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. In V11 Go to PlanActivity->Personal Retirement
  2. Add Activity
  3. Keep contract number null
  4. Select Activity field Fund Pricing Model.
  5. Change the Number of Fund to 2.
  6. Now check the Fund multifield at index 0 and 1
  7. Both shows different list.
  8. Submit the activity it throws contract number validation. Please enter contract number 1 for all contract
