Goal

Any dates after 2029-12-31 in the STG_INS_COHORT_ASSUMED_CFS.D_CASH_FLOW_DATE field are changed to year 19XX in FSI_INS_GROUP_CASH_FLOWS.CASH_FLOW_DATE after running the <Infodom>_IIA_INS_CF_DATA_LOADER batch.
