How to Disable the 'CheckBasicHealth' and 'ServiceHealth' Features in a P6ProCloudConnect Deployment (Doc ID 2832646.1)

Last updated on MARCH 22, 2022

Applies to:

Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management - Version 17.12.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

This document provides the steps to disable the /CheckBasicHealth and /ServiceHealth features of the P6ProCloudConnect deployment for an on-premise (self-hosted) P6 EPPM environment, if desired.

Example:

http://example.com:8208/p6procloudconnect/checkbasichealth

http://example.com:8208/p6procloudconnect/servicehealth

These URLs can be used to confirm the basic health of the P6 Pro Cloud Connect deployment - the P6 version, whether it is active, if the database is reachable, a list of available databases, and the ability to test network latency between the user and the server hosting P6 EPPM.

If for some reason this facility is not desired, although it isn't possible to modify the feature's behavior, the /CheckBasicHealth and /ServiceHealth URLs can be disabled.
