After cloning, when attempting to navigate to Data Entry Forms below, the following error occurs.

Error:
Invalid Request / Error While Processing request

Steps To Replicate:
1. Data Entry Forms and Queries > Data Entry
2. Data Entry Forms and Queries > Data Entry > Alter Existing Form after select the form and press alter
