Goal

While running the Patch Set 23 upgrade scripts in a pre-prod environment, below SQL is getting executed.


Since the table is huge and having millions of records, the execution time is high.
Please suggest:
1. If this table data older than 1 year, can be purged
2. Any other recommendation to speed up the execution time of the below SQL.
