Error In Shipments For WH To WH Allocations For Past Shipment Dates

Symptoms
When processing WH to WH allocation shipments for past shipment dates (when shipment date is older than VDATE) RMS is failing with the following error:Invalid input parameters.
a. Create one WH to WH Allocation (from loc is WH and to loc is another WH) - regular item / any qty.
b. Make sure VDATE is set to a greater date than ASNOut.shipment_date, example: VDATE is 23-Sep-2020 and shipment_date is 22-Sep-2020.
c. Generate one ASNOut for this Allocation.
d. Observe the error caused by wrong code in UPDATE_SNAPSHOT_SQL.EXECUTE.
