Goal

On : 8.0.7 version, Web UI

View connections to focal customers in ECM Case in Account tab

Request to the Product team to add this item to the product roadmap.
TD investigator must be able to identify all account / customer relationships without having to pull from individual source systems to add manually. i.e., Relationships connected to focal customer profile (whether or not the customer has a primary role on the account) i.e., joint account holders, authorized users, business relationships . This information should be displayed in the Account tab UI view to display all customer connections (role types, as in list below) and their related attributes (name, DOB, etc. as in list below) to the focal customer’s associated accounts.

Information required to be displayed in the UI on the related parties includes:
Customer Name
DOB (personal customers only)
SSN/TIN (US customers)
Customer ID (list of all CIFs- CA customers)
Customer Address (Primary - first, Mailing - secondary)
Relationship to focal customer/account (role type - 5 character ROLE ID) e.g., signer, beneficiary, joint account holder, beneficial owner.
