Symptoms

On : 2.8.0.0.0 version, Meter Data Management

Encountering the "Time Zone is Missing" issue when Multiple Time Zone is set to Yes in C2M.

Steps Done:
In C2M, when we do the following configuration to allow the system to handle multiple Time Zone, the system is throwing the "Time Zone is Missing" issue upon trying to start SA. It seems the system is not able to retrieve the setup Time Zone upon sync creation of Usage.
Feature Configuration C2M-GENSYSTM: Multiple Time Zone Support = D1YS
Time Zone: USCENTRAL and USEASTERN
